  We are very thankful and praise our God for blessing Vietnamese Bible, Inc. and its Translation Committee by guiding them as they completed the first Vietnamese Interdenominational Committee Bible. The Holy Spirit called out and brought together a twelve (12) member multi- denominational Board of Directors and a four (4) member Pastoral Advisory Committee, who directed all the work of Vietnamese Bible Inc. Our Board of Directors and Pastoral Advisors are members in Presbyterian, Bible, Christian and Missionary Alliance, Methodist, Assembly of God, Baptist, Mennonite, Episcopal, Lutheran and Christian churches. All the Board members believe in Jesus Christ and love God's Holy Word.
The Translation Committee members consisted of ten (10) Vietnamese theologians whom God also brought together from different Christian denominations. They were pastors, church and denominational leaders in the Christian and Missionary Alliance, Baptist, Mennonite, Methodist, Presbyterian and Lutheran churches. The Translation Committee was assisted by Consultants from United Bible Societies and the Wycliffe Translators, who represent a large group of church denominations. The New Vietnamese Bible (NVB) was translated directly from the Hebrew and Greek texts. The language of the NVB was reviewed in Viet Nam and in the United States by Vietnamese pastors and literary stylists. The New Vietnamese Bible includes a mini-concordance and eight (8) color maps. It also includes "The Way of Salvation," which uses Scripture verses from the Gospel of John to guide a person to become a Christian.
